The Narcissist (Part 1)
It is easy to recognize a narcissist if you have ever had experience with them. I have had many encounters and entanglements with them, unfortunately. To understand a narcissist, you must first know what you are dealing with. I have written a poem that shows you how I view a narcissist. So much chaos, I can't get control; I hide in a world that no one must know. A fantasy world where I feel safe with no pain; the dreams I create, I live again and again. No one can find me and get to my heart; no one can belittle me and tear me apart. But what is the real and what is the fake; sometimes I forget and make a mistake. No one can see that I'm hurting inside; No one can see that I'm lonely and shy. Or maybe they can and maybe it shows; Maybe they see me, I really don't know.
